A POLLINATOR’S APPROACH
Hasina understands that innovative CEOs and creatives are, at their core, artists. Whether an influencer, a corporate culture architect, a wordsmith, or a financial tactician, creatives need liberty to craft the masterpieces that customers and fans admire. WHY THE POLLINATOR GROUP EXISTS
Hasina built The Pollinator Group for leaders focused on equity, innovation, and cultural impact. Her consulting work centers on inclusive marketing, communications strategy, advisory support, and project execution for companies and individuals using their platforms for positive change.
Each engagement is guided by one question: How do we make this work more human, more accessible, and more impactful?
A HUMAN AT THE HELM
Hasina grew up in Portland, Oregon and is now based on the West Coast. She is a writer, connector, problem-solver, and generalist who believes that curiosity, clarity, and community are catalysts for transformation. She is also a neurodivergent storyteller who believes most human systems could be improved—with more honesty, more humor, and a few well-placed Venn diagrams.
