ABOUT
Hasina Deary
Founder, The Pollinator Group
Hasina Deary, GPM-b is the founder of The Pollinator Group — a consulting practice built on the premise that good intentions aren't enough. What matters is what actually lands.
A Certified Green Project Manager (GPM-b, first cohort) and Emerson College-trained communications strategist with more than two decades of C-Suite–facing experience, Hasina works at the intersection of inclusive communications, regenerative project management, and organizational accountability. Her work centers one diagnostic question: Is your organization actually doing what it says it's doing?
She has advised and supported high-profile figures including Tom Clancy, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Michael Ovitz, Will Smith, Joss Stone, Joss Stone, The CW, New Regency Productions, Salesforce, and Apple TV+. She has also worked alongside nonprofit leaders, FQHC board governance, and community builders who are building infrastructure for people who can't wait for the institutions to catch up.
A Pollinator's Approach
Hasina's ecological metaphor is deliberate. Pollinators don't control the garden — they move between ecosystems, transfer what's needed, and make growth possible without extracting it. That's the model: fractional leadership, inclusive communications strategy, and project execution that serves the organization's purpose without burning out the people inside it.
Her GPM-b credential reflects this philosophy. Green project management isn't just about environmental sustainability — it's about regenerative systems design: building in ways that replenish, not deplete.
Rooted in Execution
Before founding The Pollinator Group, Hasina served as Chief of Staff in fast-paced, high-growth environments including HashtagOne (a Series A venture capital firm), OCD Marketing, and Vi Inc. She has led cross-functional teams from concept to launch — including a 72-city book tour that brought Nothing to Lose, Everything to Gain to #1 on the New York Times Best Sellers list.
Her work has moved between boardrooms and red carpets, the New York Stock Exchange, Madison Square Garden, and Wembley Arena. The throughline: high-stakes, human-centered work that demanded both strategic clarity and the discipline to execute.
Why TPG Exists
The Pollinator Group was built for leaders who are serious about their values and creating actual impact. Hasina works with purpose-driven organizations, nonprofits, and companies that are willing to ask hard questions about whether their systems, communications, and strategies are serving the people they're meant to serve.
Not everyone is the right fit. That's by design.
A HUMAN AT THE HELM
Hasina grew up in Portland, Oregon and is now based on the West Coast. She is a writer, connector, problem-solver, and generalist who believes that curiosity, clarity, and community are catalysts for transformation. She is also a neurodivergent storyteller who believes most human systems could be improved—with more honesty, more humor, and a few well-placed Venn diagrams.
